The Product: Givenchy Phenomen’Eyes Mascara

The Promise: A revolutionary new mascara that grips lashes starting at the root. The round sphere allows the mascara to grab every lash and adapts to all eye shapes.

The Verdict: When I pulled out the wand I was a bit taken aback by the sphere shape. I was sceptical that a small ball could make a major impact. It also took me a few rounds to figure out how to work the sphere to get maximum lashes. But once I got going my lashes increased in volume after just one swipe. What I liked best about this mascara was that my lashes still felt normal, almost elasticy instead of stiff and sticky. Another bonus? It had excellent staying power–no smudging.
